Want to update an image? It’s simple! Just hover over any image on your website and click the Change Image button. You can upload your own images or choose from millions of stock photos. Any images you upload will be saved in your Media Library, making it easy to reuse them elsewhere on your website.
The floating menu on the right makes it easy to manage items within each section—you can adjust the layout, move sections up or down, or delete them. If the menu overlaps with text you're editing, you can click "hide menu" to temporarily remove it from view.
Vicky has been helping me with my emotion, how I react to my son’s behaviour. She is
very kind lady—she even gave me two extra sessions for free to help me more. Now, I
understand why my son reacts the way he does, and also I see what he does that
triggers for me. This has made me feel much more confident. I speak to my son in a
different way now, and I also give myself A beaks when I am stressed. Very grateful for
her help!
Loved this coaching session! For the first time, I felt truly understood by a professional
everything i talk about she’s like yep i get that! . Talking therapy and CBT never quite
worked for me, but learning how my brain works has changed everything. Now I do
chores when I actually feel productive—turning them into a game—and I even got a selfcare pet to remind me to take care of myself. Such a game-changer! Highly recommend.
Work is much better too as Vicky helped me write a letter to my boss to ask for
workplace accommodations and this week has been much more manageable for me

thanks to vicky ive realised alot of my struggles relate back to PDA and this has given me alot of clarity on why i function the way i do and given me hope that i can start implementing new strategies so that my i feel less overwhelmed by certain situations/tasks. I judge myself alot less for finding certain things difficult that others may not and realise that my brain just functions differently and thats okay, i just need to use different strategies
Vik is really easy to talk too she gets me and makes me feel better about myself and has
helped me work on my confidence and socializing . Its easier to go out now with my
headphones that was i good tip also.
Vicky introduced me to a technique she called timeline therapy, and I found it to be absolutely wonderful.
I felt incredibly relaxed as Vicky guided me through visualizations and the process of outlining plans. By the end, I felt remarkably motivated and joyful. I have since been setting small goals each week, and I am currently in the process of establishing my own small dog-walking business! Thank you so much, Vicky; you are truly a gem!
